- Custom Orders: For custom orders, final approval of designs, logos, colors, and specifications is required before production begins. Please review all proofs carefully, as we are not responsible for errors once approval is given.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at info@brillify-merch.com. We may not be able to accommodate changes once production has started.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or any additional customization fees unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise arranged in writing. We currently are only accepting bank transfers, ACH or wires.
- Taxes: All applicable taxes will be added to your order total during checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties or additional taxes on international orders.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Order Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Standard product orders may be cancelled before artwork proofs are approved by contacting us at info@brillify-merch.com
- Returns and Refunds: Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 30days of receipt with supporting photos. For eligible returns, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
- Customer Responsibility: Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted to us for custom merchandise. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from the use of such materials.
